I went to this Burger King last night because my fiance wanted Burger King. I went through the drive thru as I was going around it was two employees at the door a brown skinned girl with either braids or dreads but they were red and this dark skinned guy. He was behind her on the inside feeling on her and she was laughing. When I ordered the food I was rushed and the guy sounded rude. It takes a long time to get food. After a certain time the doors are locked. The last few times I have been there I saw children behind the counter. My order was not correct. The recipe was correct but my sandwiches were not.
Quite possibly the worst example of "service" of ANY kind at a fast food location ANYWHERE. For reasons I still can't fathom, I actually like BK burgers. But it's no longer worth the frustration. Often, the restaruant is "open" but NO EMPLOYEES are in the building. Cleanliness is non-existent. Zero effort to engage with or serve customers. When I hear people "demanding" $15 and $22 per hour to work at a fast food restaurant ... because they "deserve it", THIS is the horrible...read full review
