Today is 11/20/23 5:18A.M and Hardee’s is supposed to be open but that’s not what made me upset the lady was very rude she saw at the window and ignored me I had to knock on the window just for her to tell me they aren’t open

My brother has worked in the Hardee's business for almost 10 years and when I brought him our breakfast he was appalled. My platter was shy on food, the eggs were not done right, the biscuit was not Hardee's quality and my sausage patty was burned. It looked to me as they had no control over their employees yelling back at each other. I cannot remember the date of my visit but I know it was a few weeks ago. The young lady who took my order was beyond pleasant. I believe her name is Lmayra. She was patient with my mother and I as placed our order. So many times as customers we are constantly asked “anything else”, while you’re still placing your order. Lmayra, didn’t do any of this. Her manager was just as pleasant. I normally don’t leave reviews but I was very impressed with the customer service.
