This place had pretty good comfort food. However, this is not a good place to eat if you are a single person dining. I was refused a table even though there were tables open and was told I had to sit at the bar with all the To Go bags in my face. I asked for a manager and was ignored
This place has pretty good food but doesn't treat you well if you are a single person dining. You are forced to eat at the bar with all the to go bags in your face instead of being granted a table

We drove by St. James Place today. There was a sign on the door that stated “ we are permanently closed. Thanks for all the good times.” We will really miss this restaurant! Good food, reasonable prices, outdoor patio. So sorry to see a decent non chain restaurant close its door.
