Chicken is still top notch. Service leaves something to be desired. After I ordered and paid dude tried to give my food to another guy a ft taller 3 shades lighter and dressed in a totally different color. He couldn't tell us apart. Shame
Use to be my fav place for fried chicken, but the overall services has definitely changed since 2020. Like everywhere else, prices has gone up. The chicken isn't seasoned as good like before. At times, certain pieces aren't avaliable. Time do bring on a change...

Over 30 years ago now my Lander college buddies and I always went to Miss Ann’s at least twice a week. We would stand there in the front scrounging up change from our pockets before closing, poor college kids just trying to get a few wings after a long day of classes.
