I ordered online, expected delivery time was 55-65 minutes. Two hours later, still waiting on pizza. I call the manager and was informed they were short delivery drivers. Had they told me this upfront, I would’ve certainly ordered somewhere else. After all the bad experiences when they were opened under different management, I was nervous ordering here already..looks like they haven’t changed. Very disappointing.
It's bad when you call a place and be on hold waiting for someone to anwser fo 20 minutes. Then use separate phone and they pick up. I would rather be told they don't want to deliver then be ignored. They don't mind taking my money.

This location has the best employees. While we did have a miscommunication regarding soda , not only did our driver offer to buy them for us , he actually went above and beyond and went and got the 2 we asked for. He also went ahead and came to deliver them to us all while we had already ate our food . If that isn't customer service then I don't know what is keep up the awesome service
