“Came through and slept in my car in the Walmart parking lot for the night. This Wendy's was close, and my wife and I didn't want to travel far for food, so we came to this Wendy's. Looked up the reviews, they were a bit mixed. I will say my experience with the restaurant wasn't the best, but I understand why. A crew of young people can be a bit hard to work with sometimes, and the girl in the window(I believe I overheard that she was new) accidently handed my order to the car in front of me. Although I had to wait for my order to be remade, I understand human error and new enployee mistakes(especially when the two are put together). I could tell the younger guy in the second drive-thru window was really sweating the mistake, and honestly looked more bothered than I was lol.Long story short, they did a fine job all together and fixed the situation. The food was good, and you guys deserve to be treated with respect and grace just the same as everyone else!“
“We were visiting from out of town on our vacation. Great employees. Great service. Food was great. We were in and out in 5 mins. We were pleased. We will go back when we visit the area again. We recommend you stop and grab a sub from here :)“
“Called 5 different restaurants to try and find someone to even let me place a to-go order with no luck. Logged in online, placed the order and it was delivered fresh within 30 minutes. The driver even let me know I left my van door open lol!“
“I went to McDonald's this morning for breakfast. I got there about 9:40 which I know is a busy time. I took my place in the line just about at the road. I expected a long wait and boy I wasn't disappointed. I got to the kiosk to order at 10:15. I ordered my food after waiting about 5 minutes then pulled up paid and went to second window. Lady came and told me to pull around to the roundabout. I told her no because the line to the drive thru was still out to the road and I would have gotten hot food then sit and wait again. She told me to pull to parking space which I did. I waited another 10 minutes. When the lady came out she had several bags so I wanted to make sure my order was right and I asked here if I had if this was a big breakfast a chicken biscuit and a cheese biscuit and 3 hash browns she just looked at me and said your receipt is on the bag. Big surprise order wasn't right. This McDonald's is horrible 2 yrs ago it wasn't like this but now you have a bunch of no caring no customer service people working here. Just shameful. People if you don't like your jobs go work somewhere else. Owners why are you not paying attention to your reviews. I guess you don't care either. I am done with this location. I hate that I can't give this location a zero cause that's what it deseves“
“I only use drive through. However, this particular location throws their sandwiches together. And just like everyone knows. You will never get the same burger you see in the ad. Mainly because these workers could care less about the service that's provided. And the companies care less than that.“
“I had a bit of a rough start with Pizza Hut when they were under different management. However, the district manager responded promptly to my feedback, issuing a credit to my account and apologizing for the prior mixup. When I went to use the credit, Berry and the new manager went above and beyond to make it right. They made extra pizza for us because they wanted to make sure everything was up to the highest standard. I was very impressed with their customer service and quick correction of the past error. Don’t let all the negative reviews deter you, this restaurant has made a big turn around!! Thank you!“
“Amazing amazing amazing Authentic Mexican restaurant! The food was sooooo tasty. I had a chimichanga and my husband had the fish tacos. The cook even made him two fish and one shrimp to add variety. Quantity was great as well as reasonable prices. The staff were kind and very professional. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere.“
“I stopped in and ordered the little bacon cheeseburger with a little fry. No complaints as my burger was made just as I ordered it. They packed the bag full or fries as usual. Staff was pretty friendly and food tasted great. Will stop here again if ever in the area“
