We come to Hilton Head around 8 times a year and eat out most nights. We vary where we eat with one exception - Il Carpacio! We eat here every time we are on the island. Great food and service and prices. They will also make changes to the meals at your request. For example I always order Spaghetti Pirata which is spaghetti with chopped clams mussels and shrimp in a red sauce. Great Italian restaurant. Everything on the menu seems great. I had the fried calamari and gnocchi in a spicy tomato sauce, both were great. The portions are quite big and the food came out fast. I’d definitely come back again.

Delicious food. The apps of calamari and mussels were wonderful and a great price. Linguine and clam sauce was delicious and loaded with clams. Great prices and great service. Wished we lived near here so we could keep coming back!
