I had a bit of a rough start with Pizza Hut when they were under different management. However, the district manager responded promptly to my feedback, issuing a credit to my account and apologizing for the prior mixup. When I went to use the credit, Berry and the new manager went above and beyond to make it right. We ordered our pizza and it arrived, still warm and delicious. This is a fine option if you're looking for a pizza place that stays open a bit later than the others around. I will admit the person taking our order over the phone was not super professional. However, I had no issue with the Door Dashers.

Location was out of "pan" pizza which is why we get pizza hut, so we had to get hand tossed. Originally order said 40 minutes but kept getting extended and ended up being over an hour and delivered but a 3rd party. Order was correct but pizza and wings were cold. Very disappointed since we passed on multiple pizza locations to get pizza hut.
