Amazing! I didn’t catch his name, but he had long black hair- I was delirious after my long drive and asked him what tea to get. He gave a phenomenal suggestion! The green tea with honey was everything I needed. I let the chocolate covered coffee bean melt in my mouth. It went from tasting like milk chocolate to dark chocolate. Very nice touch!

Sooo good! Probably the same price range as Starbucks but way better quality! And you get a chocolate covered coffee bean with your drink! Ordered the matcha latte and you could tell it was good quality matcha and it was not watered down! And the cappuccino had a super thick and delicious cream on top! Really hope they make their way to the upstate in Greenville!

I like an alternative to Starbucks so I stopped every so often to support the business and the drinks are good until today. My wife and I stopped today for cappuccino’s. My wife asked for low fat milk in hers, I asked for the regular milk. I received her drink, 16oz then received mine, 16oz. Too my surprise, my drink felt very lite, 4oz of cappuccino and 12oz of foam. So I told the employee, the cup is not full of cappuccino. Her reply, that’s the foam with the cappuccino when you mix it. My reply, funny my wife does not have 12oz of foam due to nonfat milk. I told her, I want another one made without the foam so I give the drink back. Another employee said, that will be $4.83 because we don’t do refund if you don’t like it. My reply, I paid for 16oz of cappuccino not 12 oz of foam and 4oz of cappuccino. They said sorry but we can’t do anything. Since I already paid for the original 16oz cup, I took it back and let unhappy. They lost a customer over $4.83 and potential revenue of dollars from future customers.
I frequent this establishment often as it is rather close to my house and I have never had a negative experience with the staff or quality of beverage. Having worked food service a time or two in my life, I've developed a bit of an eye for bad business practice when it comes to that industry. The facilities are rather small to accommodate the staff and there isn't a chair to be seen, but I think the worst thing is that almost every time I come here both at night (an hour before close) and in the morning when I wake up the next day (an hour after open) I've seen the same person or people working as the night before. Hire more staff or fix your toxic corporate policies! There are PLENTY of other places to get cheap coffee, and they are big enough that they can't treat their employees like that :)

Great place for coffee, smoothies, and more. They also had a pup cup that my dog thoroughly enjoyed too. Staff was fantastic explaining there favorite drinks and specials. I highly recommend!

The girls and boys are always so friendly and even make my daughter her own “kids” pumpkin snowy without the coffee and make her feel so special. A new local fav?
