The servers were wonderful. The restaurant is beautiful. The food is priced like a fine dining restaurant, but the quality does not support that price. The crab bisque has great flavor but arrived cool. The pork chop was overcooked. The potatoes had way too much garlic. We ordered the bread basket, it was delicious but they charged $8 for two biscuits and a small disc of corn bread. Most fine dining restaurants provide gourmet bread to justify this price point. We had the restaurant week menu. The food was delicious but the portions for dinner and dessert were extremely small (a small plate portion). I'm not sure if that was due to restaurant week or if the portions are always that small. Definitely not worth the money for the portion size. Unfortunate, because the food was very good. The staff was terrific and the service was great.

Okay. Looking for fine dining options while in Charleston, I made reservations here based upon the Open Table listing. The photographs and description weren't necessary misleading, but it was not what I expected. It is a hotel restaurant, adjacent to a bar room/dining.
