First time here and everything was great. Wasn't crowded and service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean.Parking: The parking lot is small but plenty of parking for the area being that it's in a small town . Did not see any handicap parking.

Waited for a hour to be asked what I wanted in the drive through. Watched countless of people walk in after I was in the drive through and get served first I make eye contact with the workers multiple times but was totally ignored.

The food can be a hit or miss depending on who makes the subs, because some put enough toppings when you want extra versus others and sometimes orders can be messed up or not done to special orders if you ask for double toasted or etc when ordering online.

I used to eat there, Jackson SC a couple of times a week, but after COVID-19, the employees grew so neglectful and unconcerned about customers except when it came to paying when they tried to push you to tip their careless service. This week I decided to give them another try, well I drive up the dive through and wonderfully I got a response at the speaker and gave my order. I drove to the pickup window and waited and waited. I was just fixing to pull off from the pickup window when a lady opened the window and asked if I had ordered online, which I pointed to the speaker and said I ordered there. She turned around and asked all employees who took my order to which they all answered negative, she told me to wait a minute and she was gone!! After a few more minutes of waiting I just pulled off. As an American I love business... But if anyone is so careless with their business not to even check on their employees they should go out of business
