I recently visited here for the first time as a birthday visit to my friend. I have to say it was above average . The staff were from Guatamala. The cuisine certainly seems authentic. The main attraction here is the bean dip! Yummy! The salsa bar is fresh. The service is above average. However, the vast majority of servers do speak all Spanish . I'm pretty tough when scoring mexican food as this is what I was grown up on, so please don't just take my review. Still worth it to check out. The food is pretty good, I wasn't a fan of the carnitas as they were pretty dry and the beans were really runny. The birra tacos are great and super packed with flavor, definitely a must try! This is the best Mexican restaurant in the Lexington, if not Columbia area. Friendly staff on every trip. Bean dip is phenomenal and the food is fantastic. Never misses. Recommend to everyone.
