I used to work at the firehouse when I was younger, and we had to greet every customer who entered the door. This does not happen anymore. The staff look you in the face and say nothing. The regard for customer service is not there anymore, and the last visit was better than my 1st. The sandwiches are okay. It's the quality of people being hired! Food is only as good as the people making the food! Not impressed
7 people in the party. Over $100 spent. So much for the "hot specialty subs" on the menu. Everyone's subs were cold. AllOf them. All. There were 6 people behind the counter. They used to bring out the food when it was ready. Now they put it on the counter and call your name. I hadn't been to this location in a while and sadly, it's gonna be even longer before I give them another try. Do not waste your money expecting the Firehouse of old- it isn't.

This group is either understaffed or undertrained but they are not up to the task assigned. Over 20 minutes for a sandwich with moderate traffic. At 30 minutes we just got the refund and left.
