The service score relates primarily to the fact that I spent 28 minutes in drive thru from arrival to departure before I got my steak biscuit.The food was good, but to borrow a phrase regarding why I don't go to Hardee's frequently- the juice isn't worth the squeeze...
The ladies that worked last night (January 6 2024) were great. They were about to close up and they were still willing to take our order. You guys need to take note of their genuine, friendly and welcoming personalities and use it as a guide for future hiring practices. I was so pleased.
