“Auntentico Sabor Latino is a gem hidden in a suburb of Columbia, offering a vibrant array of Latin American delights that'll have your taste buds dancing. No frills, just excellent food—let's get straight to the point. The pupusas mixtas are a must-try for anyone craving a flavor-packed experience. The combination of cheese and chicharron in the masa creates a satisfying medley of textures, and the crisp exterior adds a pleasant crunch. It's a solid choice for those seeking a hearty, traditional dish without unnecessary fuss. The bean and cheese pupusas are a straightforward yet delicious option. The melted cheese complements the earthy beans, resulting in a satisfying snack that hits the spot. Simple, yet it does the job well. The meat empanadas are another chapter in the culinary book of nostalgia that Auntentico Sabor Latino so expertly crafts. These golden pockets of joy are like a time machine to childhood, with a filling that echoes the love and care of an abuelita's kitchen. The meat is seasoned to perfection, and the pastry is golden and flaky, providing a satisfying crunch with every bite. What makes Auntentico Sabor Latino truly special it’s their ability to tastefully provide you with true Salvadorian and Mexican experience. The flavors are more than just ingredients; they are a journey back to the warmth of family, the laughter of childhood, and the love that goes into every homemade dish. This restaurant is a celebration of culture, a tribute to tradition, and an experience that will linger in your memory long after the last bite. If you're in search of not just a meal but a soulful encounter with Latin American cuisine, Auntentico Sabor Latino is the place to visit.“
“Diablo's is a place anyone can enjoy! I have been on keto for over a year, and this is my favorite place. Everything is fresh, not over spicey, and you can see the meat cooking when you walk into the restaurant. The chicken is so good, I will order a quart of the meat to bring home and eat for lunch the next day. The manager Kevin, is always welcoming guests and keeping his employees happy. Never to I see a grumpy employee.“
“My wife and I were invited here by some dear friends for dinner. The experience was amazing! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was delicious, and the portions were decent. Service was prompt and courteous. I plan to make this a regular stop in the future.“
“It's always a consistent experience here. Seated, then chips and salsa immediately. Within a minute, your drink order, and then your food order when you are ready, and then within 10 minutes you are eating. The food is always good and the servers are always nice.“
“This is a nice place. The atmosphere is basically the same as every Mexican restaurant and the food is good. I'm not a fan of the chips and salsa they serve. The chips are thin and crumbly, make a mess everywhere, and don't scoop the salsa well. Lol. The service was good.“
“We absolutely loved everything that we ordered. The food is so fresh, authentic, and delicious. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. BEST Mexican restaurant we've been to in Lexington. We will definitely be back regularly.“
“We went there with a family of 6, 4 kids, and we loved it! The food was freshly made and was absolutely amazing. The staff checked on us multiple times while we were sitting seeing if we needed anything. The place was very clean to include the bathrooms. We will definitely be going back.“
“We had a large group and multiple checks in our party. Our server, Juan, did an outstanding job of managing our group and keeping track of things.Food was good, came out hot and fresh, and they did not have a problem removing the rice and beans from my order since I cannot have them.Atmosphere was typical Mexican restaurant. Parking is a challenge at this location.Additionally, there is about a 1" difference in height between the sidewalk and the parking lot. It was just enough to cause me to lose my footing and reinjure and set back my recovery of a previous injury. Should have been watching my step more carefully and I will the next time.“
“Food was great waitstaff was not very personable, yes they did their jobs and we were checked on frequently but zero friendliness or personality. Restaurant could use a deep clean booth seats had a lot of waste buildup in the crevice in the back. Food was good though.“
“After a loonngg day driving from AL to SC, with 4 kids under 11 and a surprise flat tire on our 5th wheel, we hope San Jose would be the food comfort we needed. Never been before, as we're passing through but we were given exactly what we wanted and needed. Other than being sat in a side room with the rest of the families with kids (AKA loud, messy), our experience was perfect. My "BIG" modelo was served in a frozen terracotta mug, our server took all 5 of our orders without writing it down (came out right the first time). Our food came out in less than 10 minutes and my Fajitas Texacanas was sizzling. Can't say I know this place well enough to know if it was the exception or the rule, but if your wondering about cleanliness, atmosphere, foof, and service as a first time patron....try it.“
“This is one of our go-to restaurants in Lexington. Service is crazy fast (only complaint is you hardly get full on the chips and salsa because your meal comes out so quickly ??, haha) and the workers are so kind. They are always all so kind and accommodating for our daughter (extra plate, high chair, etc) and check on us throughout the meal. I love the toppings bar when we eat in, which is most of the time since it's so quick. We haven't had a bad experience and are grateful to have them nearby. I usually get the fajita taco salad and I love it. My husband got the chimichanga today and it was also delicious. The fajita meat from my salad is some of the only meat our toddler will eat, so they get an extra point for that! Definitely recommend!“
“Everything is so fresh and delicious. We had the chips and salsa (free appetizer), tacos de carne asada and al pastor, carne asada enlimonada, horchata, and sweet tea. Very flavorful, prices are reasonable, and portions are generous. The people working there are sweet too. Really happy with it, we'll be back.“
“I love visiting the Super Mercado La Unión and picking up some delicious foods and snacks. They have so many options from a deli, bakery, grab and go, to a great lunch buffett. I really enjoy the atmosphere and love just stopping in to look around. The customer service is top notch and you will always encounter friendly faces ready to help you out with anything you may need. I hope this is a place that is around for a long time. Visit it today, enjoy!“
“Tacos were skimpy on the meat n cheese. Enchiladas were good and even better when I put some green salsa on them from the salsa bar. They did bring out some extra taco meat for us. That helped a lot. The overall flavor was much better than the competition. Carlos was very attentive and polite. Nice decorations and plates, glasses etc. Our New Mexican Restaurant is EL JIMADOR !!“
“I recently visited here for the first time as a birthday visit to my friend. I have to say it was above average . The staff were from Guatamala. The cuisine certainly seems authentic. The main attraction here is the bean dip! Yummy! The salsa bar is fresh. The service is above average. However, the vast majority of servers do speak all Spanish . So, be sure to speak slowly and concisely when placing your order. Not my new favorite, but 2nd favorite .Parking: Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest. Closed Mondays.“
“Being a recent transplant to the South Carolina from the desert southwest, growing up in Southern california, and been born in New mexico, I'm kind of a Mexican food snob / connoisseur. The strange thing is I haven't had bad Mexican food in the Carolinas really since I've been here. Onto this restaurant. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a old Mexican style traditional restaurant. The wait staff is obviously Hispanic are Latino and they are very friendly. The salsa is simple and tasty the guacamole was the best I've had in a restaurant possibly ever I ordered a chicken and beef tip chimichanga. My mom had the 3 item combination with two ground beef tacos and one chile relleno. My chimichanga was superb. I haven't had anything else there, but my mom indicated that she was extremely satisfied with her food and she is a picky as I am. Highly recommended for food atmosphere and service and this is the most detailed review I have given at any restaurant ever. Kudos to the owner and or manager of the restaurant you have done everything right. I will most definitely be back.“
“Arrived one hour before closing, which is something I normally would not do. The food and service was phenomenal! This was not my first experience here and certainly will not be my last. I normally take before photos, however only got after photos due to how quickly we ate“
“My fiance and I stopped in for lunch, for the first time, this afternoon and to say that the food exceeded expectations is understatement! He ordered the birria tacos, while I had shrimp and a shared queso. Which my 2 year old devoured. The shrimp tacos were absolutely phenomenal. Very fresh and full of flavor and the mango is a lovely touch. Fiancé says the birria were BETTER than those he tried in Texas. We will definitely be back! Staff is pleasant and the store is clean! A must try if you're in need of a quick taco or two!!“
