My experience at Roy’s Grille started with good music when I first entered. Next the smell of the BBQ smoker reaches you and makes your stomach growl. The food is prepared by Chris Williams and he is the head chef + owner. I ordered the “Bacon Cheeseburger and Sweet Potato Fries”. The bacon cheeseburger has juicy patties and the bacon is crispy, just how I like it! The sweet potato fries have brown sugar seasoning on top and seem like a great pairing. WOW! How have we missed coming to Roy’s before tonight!?! Shame on me! You must check them out! Chef Chris and his staff were polite, friendly and professional while making us feel comfy. The food was amazing. I had the pulled pork with collards and hash & rice. As a guy who grew up with my family making our own BBQ, I am hard to impress. I am impressed. This what Irmo needed BQ restaurant with fast and delicious food. I ORDER the BQ platter Roy suggested combo add on ribs for just $5 dollars the food came right up the portions was nice size and it was hot ? and it was delicious I wished I would took a picture first but I was hungry.
