2/6/24: I went through the drive thru for lunch around 12:30. The order taker spoke clearly and repeated my order. I paid, was handed my drink and frosty then asked to pull forward. The food came within a couple minutes. The fries were hot and the sandwich was freshly made. But it wasn't the sandwich I ordered. I was starving so I tried to eat it but it was gross. I wasn't able to go back to request the correct one. No big deal but it bummed me out.

I rarely eat fast food but we were headed home from out of town and it was too late to go to a sit down restaurant and Wendy's was on the way. I was a little worried since the restaurant only had 2 stars, however I had a 5 star experience . We went through the drive thru and the service was pleasant and quick. My husband and I went to this location yesterday. 9/17/2023 .We went through drive through, the lady at the speaker was completely rude and very loud , sounded like she had an issue taking our order. I asked her what flavor coffees they had and got a French vanilla , it was watered down of course. The meal I got still has my lip burning from how spicy it was when I asked for no spicy sauce or bun. We waited atleast 15 mins before they even took our payment.
