Wayne has given me the best customer service I have had in a long time. Papa John's needs to watch out, because I am about to steal him, and give him an opportunity to work for me. Amazing customer service experience!!
Service from delivery guy was good, but the pizza not so much. I ordered the works with garlic parmesan crust. The crust was NOT flavored, which would be ok if it had not cost me a buck fifty extra. 2nd, the pizza had jalapeños! That IS NOT an ingredient on the works. I picked off all I could see but there were still some hiding under the cheese. Not happy.
