Delicious food, excellent service AND amazing wines!! We especially appreciated and enjoyed the staff's wine knowledge, recommendations on what we'd like and what paired well with our apps & entrees.
Food arrived almost 90 minutes after ordering. Neighboring tables came in later and departed while we sat. The server kept on apologizing but neither she nor management (never saw management) even offered any sort of compensation or credit for 90 minute wait. I'll not be going to SAVI for the foreseeable future and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. Expect I'll never hear from them about this. Had the opportunity to visit last night for the first time. Had some apps and pasta. Everything was great . Coming from nyc and Philly we have high standards for Italian cuisine. Most Italian restaurants in Charleston are a disappointment. Savi is our go to place now. If you stop at the bar be sure to say hi to Keith.
