This was our first visit at this location. We were warmly greeted at the door when we walked in and were taken straight away to our table. Our orders were taken promptly, questions were answered expertly, substitutions were worked out where applicable and our order came right out and perfect!If there is a better run TGIFriday’s on a quiet Tuesday night I’ll call you a liar.
I have never had a bad experience until today at TGIF. They failed to bring curbside order, so I went inside and waited, I saw a nag sitting on the podium so after having waited I looked at the nag and it was my order. Unattended, I took the order and went to my car. Opened the nag only to find cold food.I will return there because I have never had this happen before. I am giving them the benefit of just having a bad day. I recommend and will eat there again

The restaurant has an atmosphere of dark and dreary. In Charleston the sun is put and warm spring weather. While eating I was regretting the decision of venue. We waited for a hostess to seat us. After waiting 10 minutes of not being greeted we joined the bar tender. She was very helpful. Clearly pulling double duty for the people that weren't working.
