Really lousy service. Employees kept walking into the back and talking amongst themselves rather than serving customers. When they did serve the customers they were rude. The store was dirty. I’ve ever seen service that bad in an cream shop.

The ice cream here is delicious, however, I can't say the same thing about the cones. I waited patiently to finally take my first bite of my crispy chocolate dipped waffle cone. The cones are awful! They taste like stale cardboard dipped in chocolate. My advice would be to skip the cone it's a big waste of money. They are also very pricey so don't forget your wallets!

the girl at the front overcharged my friend. not even being a karen. another employee working came up to her and said she overcharged my friend. the girl at the front just looked at them and continued to overcharge her anyways. almost 10 dollars for a regular, with 2 toppings.

What a cluster!!!! I can not even imagine what it would be like when they are crowded. The people working inside were more worried about getting off work and fooling around the taking orders or paying! I had to ask them - hey do you want me to pay for this? Rude! Overprices! Not worth the trouble!

Very positive experience!My son has Celiac Disease so there are a lot of precautions that 99% of people are not aware of. When we told the staff that his icecream needed to be GF and prepared separately, they jumped on it right away and took all extra precautions to prevent any cross contamination! The young lady that prepared his icecream gave a little wink, saying she put a few extra toppings in there for him. Most won't understand how much this meant, but for us...it was huge. Thank you guys for serving us!!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing! Who ever the young lady with the shoulder length hair and nose ring is, was terrible. My family and I are here on vacation from VA and she almost ruined the perfect ending to a great day. She was very belittling and disrespectful with her comments to the point where I found myself tolerating her horrible attitude just for some ice cream. I thought to myself "hum, we're in Myrtle Beach. I can get good ice cream from anywhere." It was convenient since it was next to the movie theater we had just left. So we ended up going to Mad Myrtle Ice Creamery and was the best.
