Nice place friendly costumer service
the staff is very friendly and food is great.
Excellent food and service. The key lime pie was delicious, as well as "It's 5 o'clock somewhere "drink
I am a big fan of margaritaville/landshark but this location was a disappointment. went there on a Thursday night for drinks. big mistake. First, you have to pay to park in this area. Next, the greeter wasn't in the best mood so we decided to sit at the bar. ordered a daiquiri, margarita, and a beer. drinks are small with no presentation just a plastic cup. I guess because of the area. I am kind of surprised they put a land shark in this location. there is a nice margaritaville at broadway at the beach and a nice land shark at barefoot landing. this one just seems more like a money grab than the usual welcoming relaxing feel of other margaritaville restaurants and cafes that I have been to. I really didn't like the boardwalk at the beach area and that does influence my review of land shark but the prices for the drinks they give you are not worth it. I will stick to the barefoot landing cafe next time I am in Myrtle Beach. That location has free parking and a nice atmosphere.
This place was great! We started the night with fried pickles and then i got the coconut shrimp. It was crispy and amazing! My friend got the shrimp basket and was very disappointed. She said it tasted like it was sitting out for a while and it wasn’t even crispy anymore. The breading was just falling off. The fries were also very under seasoned. Pricing was not bad.
After being told a place across the street was a two hour wait we made our way over here...we were sat immediately and our food was out to the table in less than 30 minutes...we sat on the outside covered patio and watched/fed an 8 foot alligator and a large group of turtles and fish. Overall it was a great meal and would highly recommend.
It was okay. My oldest daughter like her ribs but my youngest daughter's Burger didn't have very much flavor and the sampler plate I got also could have used some seasoning. We got nachos for the appetizer it definitely was not good the meat tasted more like meat on a hot dog rather than meat you would put on nachos and there wasn't very much meat. It's not the employees fault though I forgot that I had eaten at a Landshark in Daytona and it was the exact same way no flavor hey. The employees were nice at the Myrtle Beach location.
We were their this past weekend, we had a amazing view of the ocean. Our server was very helpful and very welcoming and she went above and beyond to help us. To top it all off the food was amazing. We will definitely be back next time we come to Myrtle Beach.
Amazing spot! Our bartenders Sid and Kat were amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel so welcome. Breeze off the ocean was perfect. 5/5 would recommend.
Not gonna lie with you here, the service here was atrocious. We watched three different families sit down, eat and then leave the establishment while we waited for our food for longer than an hour. Truly one of the worst experiences we’ve had at a restaurant in awhile. No explanation was given to why we had to wait so long. I understand the restaurant was full but no there are no excuses when multiple families eat and leave before we even touch our food. My apologies for being a complete Karen on the situation. This is my first ever google review on a restaurant and it’s on a negative note. But please, make sure to tend to ALL your customers next time. Do better Landshark. God bless.
The 3 stars are for the waitress that was working really hard. Honestly she was the only good thing about the meal. I had the fish tacos which were dry and bland, the philly cheese steak was dry and the meat over cooked. Waste of money and time
We usually go to this place when in myrtle beach. After waiting 20 minutes we were seated on a deck overlooking the beach. Nice. Our waiter took our drink and food order and delivered the drinks promptly. Then the fun began. The food was delayed for at least half an hour. Waiter kept saying they were backed up. Then call roto router. I asked for the manager and she was kind enough to comp our meals. The kicker is the food was delicious. Even Rosie had no complaints. The delay really bugged me.
Warm beer. Hour wait for appetiizers. No a/c . Tables that arrived 30 mins after us getting food first, this place checks all the boxes so far in terms of bad service and quality. Side salad photo just added, avoid! There were 7 empty tables in our section and at least 5 in bar sectional is 1 hour /30 min wait real or just hype . Won't know won't be back
My wife and I sat outside at a bar high top near the water. We were entertained by a young boy feeding a bunch of young snapping turtles with his French fries. Pretty soon they were joined by an 8 foot alligator. Our server was very friendly and he took our drink orders while we looked over the menu. We both ordered the fish and chips dinner and just enjoyed a nice breeze and feeding frenzy below. I would rate our dinners as probably the worst fish and chips we’ve ever eaten. The chips looked like large fish sticks with ton of coating but little in the way of fish. The chips were scant and soggy with greasy because they were under cooked. The outside seating is very nice and the area is clean. We were just very disappointed with quality of the food. The service and physical establishment is very good
On our last night at the beach, a local friend invited us to have dinner here. She had a hamburger, and found it so filling she couldn't finish. My daughter inhaled hers. My son and hers also ate whatever they ordered (sorry don't remember). Her husband said the fish tacos were not good. I had the steamed shrimp and I give them a rating of 7.5 out of 10... good but not great. Service was good. Restaurant was nice. I'd go back. They don't take reservations. Expect a wait. Can't common on pricing, as they paid. Tip: Park a block or two closer to the highway but on the same block. They have all night parking for $10. My friend, even though they are local, must not come to the boards much, because they opted for the meter and had to go back to feed it again.
