Horrible experience!! Came there went to go to the bathroom before ordering there was a sewage smell and a puddle of water on the floor. I went to report the issue and 2 of the employees were arguing over who would clean it.
Then the girl ( young girl with long black hair and a hair type around her wrist which is gross when handling food), asked are you all the order with the 7 fries? I said yes she said well it’s gonna take longer cause I have to clean this. And smiles , in a not so nice way.
I go to report to manager about what this employee had said, didn’t catch the managers name but she had a messy bun medium brown hair and glasses. I went to tell her the story of what exactly happened and before I could tell her about the part involving the rude statement she cuts me off and says she’s cleaning that real snappy and went to say something else.
I said let me finish my statement please. She rolls her eyes. I reply, I know someone is cleaning it. It’s that same girl that I was going to tell you about and I proceeded to tell her what happened and told her there should be some level of professionalism. I’m a manager myself. And all the manager says is your food will be up soon.
The we heard The girl I made the report about said no I didn’t say that. My whole family heard it.

Came here the other day and the fries were amazing. Fresh, but they skimped a little. I wasn’t too bothered by it so me and my partner went back. I ordered a large and he got a medium. The large had about the amount a small fry would have. Why are we skimping on fries so bad? The people there were also really rude. We sat at the window for a good 5 minutes as they ignored us. At some point I just told my partner to drive off because it wasn’t worth the hassle when they were ignoring us. The fries weren’t even cooked either. They literally were still half cold and you could feel the mush from it being frozen.
Great service. Clean restaurant. Only disappointment was the senior discount program.
