The atmosphere and waitress was great. The food was were area they dropped the beach ball. The pancakes and eggs were cold to the point the cheese didn't melt. The Canadian ham was cooked properly. The owner tried to correct the issues which we greatly appreciate.

Hate to do this publicly but there was no email to contact the restaurant. Everyone is so nice here, it’s our second time visiting. I couldn’t help but notice that the staff didn’t exhibit the most sanitary behaviors. We were seated near the kitchen so I could directly see staff touching their noses with their hands then preparing drinks, blowing noses , coughing without covering mouths etc…. It was EXTREMELY noticeable and nasty.

Our experience at Olympic Flame was nothing less than amazing for a restaurant and outstanding service!!! Glenda was the best from start to finish! She was on point and hit every cylinder of customer service! Great attitude and knowledge complimented with a smile! Atmosphere was great and everyone greeted with a smile and made us feel comfortable. As a Marine Veteran I rate this establishment the highest stars possible..... Please go and experience! I asked for the Manager/ Owner....she came promptly with a smile and awesome attitude!I will tell all my friends and everyone that will listen to patronize Olympic Flame Pancake House!Thank you alll!!!
