Jaydon was an amazing server. Very attentive, friendly and professional. The food was hot and delicious. We ordered sangrias and they were very fresh and tasty! The location was clean and the environment was comfortable. We’ve had hit or miss Red Lobster experiences at many different locations but this was our first time to this location and we WILL be back.

Although I live in the seafood capital... there is rarely a wait here , the food is consistent and reasonably priced. And, I like cheddar biscuits better than hushpuppies ??\\u200d♀️.

I have not been to a Red Lobster in at least 2 years now because the quality of the food is rarely satisfying. However, my family and I were on our first day of vacation and in need of a place to eat. My daughter mentioned Red Lobster so off we went. We were all pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. It was pretty late, I believe about an 1.5hr prior closing, so there was not a wait for a table. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. The biscuits were hot and soft; and all of our food came out at the right time.\\nI'm skeptical to try a Red Lobster in my area. However, this location gave me a little bit of hope.

The upside. No crowd. Probably because there are about 5 seafood buffets down the street ! The crab had some sour taste to it. Cheesy biscuits now only have a less resemblance of cheese and garlic in the Top of the biscuit!!! That was a major disappointment!! They know we go for the bread!!!! Loaded mashed potatoes came with about 2 table spoons of cold butter on top that turned into a nausea worthy concoction!! Sooo maybe this particular rating should be a 2??? We didn’t order much

My family and I ate here on September 2. we arrived at 8;50pm. We had been seated and about 5 minutes after that the waitress came and got our drink order and asked what would we like to eat. Poor customer service. Added my name to waitlist via OpenTable, was still hour wait when we got there. Okay, it was busy and they are understaffed, I get that. Decided to use the hour wait to get some shopping done at the outlet. Got a text about 40 min later saying table was ready. Hustled back over and (in the 8 min it took us to get over there) they gave our table away. Then said, we just need to clear off another table for you and we'll get you seated. Fine. Wait another ten minutes, haven't heard anything, go and ask the new hostess what's going on. Completely unapologetic about giving away our table. Says it will be about a half an hour. So we left. Would not recommend this Red Lobster due to very apathetic host staff.

Terrible food ,service good ,atmosphere good, way over priced tea was good, bread was great ,salad was ok, paper napkins with cloth napkin prices! I haven’t eaten ther in 20 years now I know why ,it will be another 20 years before I go back ,scallops were the worst I ever had !!!!

I haven’t ate at a red lobster for years so I decided to go with my family yesterday for the 4th of July it was a 45 minutes wait to get seated and there was plenty of tables open they said it was short staff in the kitchen I’m a waitress and even if we have short staff we still fill the restaurant up so when it was our time to get seated we had to keep reminding the server the things we already asked him for witch we did understand that he said he was new so the food came out and my dad and my husband had the same dish they both had steak in there dish and my dads steak was so small they should be embarrassed to even sell that so my dad told them and the manager came out with an attitude and said that’s how all the steaks are when my husbands steak was bigger so she grabbed my dads plate really angry and took it to the kitchen I thought that was un call for she shouldn’t even be manager for acting that way by the time we got seated and the time we left we was there for about 2 hours we still tipped our server $30 it wasn’t his fault even though it took him a while but we understand he’s new but the food was really good
