I just took my man to Waffle House for the first time in his whole life! He is from Puerto Rico, and they just don’t have Waffle House there. I told him that because this was his first Waffle House, they may have set the expectations a little TOO HIGH! This was my first time at this location. I walked in and the waitress, who I believe was named Angel, gave me a dirty look as I walked to my table. She looked at our table and said, “I will be right with you.” She made us continue to wait until Piper, our waitress, came to apologize for our wait and serve us. This restaurant is located just off of Hwy. 501 in Myrtle. It is small and always busy. They do a very nice take out business. The interior is well used but they keep it clean for their patrons. The waffles are excellent but try the specials for your best deals. I always get a special that includes a waffle. A very nice place for a quick and hearty breakfast
