Everytime I come here on my lunch break at 2 I am always waiting at least 20-30 minutes even when I did an online order. Only 1 car in front of me and still have to wait that long in a drive thru is a little ridiculous.

This place is wonderful. Today I took my dad there for lunch. It's very difficult taking my father out anywhere because he has dementia. However, zaxby's is 1 place he always remembers and looks forward too. He constantly gloats to his children how wonderful this place is to the point all 3 of us got him Zaxbys giftcards for his birthday. Thank you so much everything!

We stopped in last evening, our first time there. We could not get anyone to take our order at the counter. Two girls were talking and joking to left of counter, both turned and looked at us but never assisted us One of the cooks kept looking at us thru the window, but also did nothing he was also talking to another girl. We finally asked the two talking if we could get some help, one of them said the counter person should be with us shortly, she eventually went to look for her....read full review
