I can honestly say the last time I been here it was horrible. But when I returned, there was this guy who had red hair and he was the most sweetest, respectful, attitude was amazing, he wasn’t nasty like the other managers and employees there, and he used his manners. Even when other employers I heard were being nasty to him he still was respectful. Whoever the red head guy is please tell him to keep his head up and keep up the positive attitude!! A complete disaster and everyone was arguing and cursing at each other. Very slow service. They claimed they were busy but I was the only one in the lobby, with 6 people on the floor. My order should have been out sooner. When I finally got my order I still had too wait a few minutes for the other half to come out. I'm a doordasher and one of the employees told me that I wasn't their priority during they're busiest hours.Edit: After a second visit employees seem to be a bit nicer....read full review

The food is always pretty decent to me. The service and atmosphere on the other hand needs alot of improvement. Especially the folks taking orders at the drive thru. Not to mention, place the order for one freeze and didn't mention the machine was down, go to tell her the next one and bam all of a sudden the machine isn't working today. Ok I get it, been doing fastfood/retail my entire life, machines mess up, but tell me up front.
