Got here at opening time ,drive thru said not ready to take orders. If you open at a specific time you should be prepared to handle your orders. There should be enough employees to do the jo b.
Everything was just ok. The service was ok. No one was rude, but they weren't very welcoming either. They gave us the wrong order and when we handed it back they took it to the other car. While I don't like food waste, I am sure once food has come into contact with one customer it shouldn't be given to another.The food was standard, but the container was covered in grease/sauce. This place was crazy busy, but the service and food were fresh and outstanding. The general manager Kiki and her family came in and dined while we were there. Everyone received the excellent service as they did.
