okay so i pay almost $50 to get two burritos delivered, it shows up and it's two burrito bowls, one made with pretty much everything i wanted on mine, but my husbands' was just a bowl of white rice and a little bit of steak?? he also ordered almost the same thing i got on mine, just without guacamole. it's a $16 burrito! you can make mine but can't even give him lettuce?? ridiculous. the stupidness in service around here just gets worse and worse. will now be going out of my way to always go to the augusta exchange one:)

Out of brown rice , out of chicken. Steak was chewy. Drink machine only half worked, Been to Chipotle probably 50 times and this was by far my worst experience.

Food are delicious but service no ma'am it was barely two people waiting behind me they were still looking the menu already had someone helping me but this girl just came right away rushing me to tell her my sides talking to me so hurry when the other girl was helping me already so rude, not even sure if they charge me right was not even busy...

Whoever the lazy rats were who made my food, you deserve the worst year ever. I ordered the food and had it delivered, I ordered several bowls and instead of the tin tops, those LAZY RATS put TIN FOIL on top of of the food. And they were BOLD to literally add ZERO rice to the bowls, and if it did at rice then it was at most two teaspoons of rice. Whoever did that, I hope your manager sees this and hunts you down like RATS to fire you. Had me more mad than when chipotle gave UNDER COOKED RICE that was somehow over cooked in other parts.
