I eat at this location at least twice a month. My order is hit or miss on several occasions. By that, I mean, some times I get more pizza dough than toppings. Nonetheless, I still love the chain and patronize them because the staff is always really pleasant. My new menu favorite is the stuffed pepperoni cheesy bread! ??

Zain deserves a raise - basically working on his own today, and we’d made a delivery order. We called an hour after placing our delivery order just to check in and he let us know they were shorthanded and running behind, but still managed to be so kind. I know in the restaurant industry (especially fast food/delivery) it can be very tough to maintain your composure when in the weeds like this, but Zain did a great job. We order from this Dominos on a weekly basis and have never had a problem.

My only issue is that the workers are not wearing gloves while handling the food. Why are they allowed to touch the food bare hand?? The young lady preparing the dough did not have on a hair net and was scratching her head while kneading the dough.....

I attempted to place an order before I left my job in Augusta, at the Edgefield rd north Augusta location. I was out on hold for a totalOf 15 minutes was still On hold when I walked into the store. When I came in there were pplOn thier phones with ear buds in thier ear while the phone steadily rang, someone finally answered the phone and it was my call that he answered while I was standing there. It was supposed to be a delivery order, meanwhile I am waiting for pizzas that should have already been delivered to my home

This place is not washing hands after touching cash and cards payments and using same dirty hands to make your pizza. The lady took money and then went back to hand stretch the pizza dough. One guy was scratching his head and butt waiting for a pizza to come out of the oven so he can slice it and deliver it.

Our last two orders (placed over a month apart first being evening delivery second afternoon pickup) were awful. The desserts were prepared fine which is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. We had burnt tots drenched in ranch that were inedible. The pizza off both orders was undercooked and sliced in very odd ways where we had four miniature slices and four huge slices and because the pizza was undercooked I guess they couldn’t get it sliced all the way through so the pizza kind of just ripped near the intersection point.We have never had issues with the 13th street location, and will no longer be ordering from this location. Rather have to pick it up in Georgia to get quality food than waste our hard earned money here.

I've never had problem's with this store. The online order you have to do when app isn't responding(call center) is the problem. Staff here is great. Always respectful, quick to make sure your happy. Pretty fast at prep as well.
