I've been eating here for a couple of years, food is delicious and hot. But when the pandemic hit I started having my orders delivered, orders were always correct, and were delivered ahead of the time specified. One time in particular I ordered my food was washing my hands and couldn't believe it, it had been less than 15 minutes and my food had arrived. I had to wait for the food too cool off before I could eat it. Their always prompt and on time also very polite. If I want good Chinese food I go there..

They forgot my 2liter drink l. I've been waiting an hour for it and now my food is cold. My chicken wings were half the size as usual but same number of them. My veggie rice has no veggies. I called to complain and got told how busy they were. She had an excuse for all my complaints. I'm a loyal customer have been for years. I expected an offer of something but had to ask. Was then offered$2 off my next order. What an insult. The drink cost more than that.

I ordered my food online, asked for sauce to be put on side in the special instruction tab (Almond Chicken) Food was delivered within time frame of promise. However my order was not completed the way I asked. I tend to reheat my food because I always have leftovers and wanted my sauce on the side.So I called and proceeded to tell the young lady that answered the phone my order was not correct. She then asked me "Can you not eat it the way it was made". I was flabbergasted that she asked me that! What has happened to customer service?? This makes me so mad that she would have the nerve to say that. When I snapped back with yes I CAN eat it, that's not the point. Then she proceeds to say oh well the chef just forgot to put it on the side. The food was good but if you have special instructions make sure you call and verify it's done before it's delivered.

I had some bomb wings here, I think I’ve developed a light addiction. I’m glad I found this place, I don’t live very far away and can stop by at my convenience. Props to the girl with bangs who took my order, she did superb :)

where do i even start? this restaurant gave me joy and happiness, the food is really delicious!! i recommend the chicken wings. i give it 10/10!! will be returning!!

i ordered my food today and the wait wasn’t long. it was about 10 min or so. and they never disappoint me. the food was freshly cooked and hot. the general tso chicken is sooo good. i recommend it!! i will be returning!!

let me tell you. this is the best chinese restaurant that i have ever been to!! i mean it!! the food is fresh and is soo delicious. house of chan is now my go to restaurant. the cashier’s are friendly and nice. i recommend this restaurant to everyone out there and give it a 10/10!!
Nothing I ordered was good except the sauce for the dumplings. Very little flavor- the crispy sweet and sour was put in a container with soggy wet noodles. No utensils sent wither.

I always use their app to get food delivered. It's always fresh and hot. The delivery people are always so nice. I'm not saying they're the absolute best place in the world but the food is always good. Hot. Fresh. It's worth it if you live close.

Good place for Chinese food. There are not that many good chinese restaurants in North Augusta but I'm glad to have found one like this. The sesame chicken with rice was good but next time I'll get the white rice instead of brown rice. But overall it was really good.
