I ordered on their app and it said it would be ready at 6 pm. Get there a few minutes after 6 and I am told it is 20 minute wait. Why is there no chicken ready at 6 pm, dinner time!!?? There were no cars in line when I got there or the 10 minutes I waited in the parking lot. My order wasn't huge, an 8 piece family meal. When I asked to cancel my order and refund it I was told they can't. So I'm stuck waiting 20 more minutes. Also, why nothing healthy here? No grilled options, no green beans????

This KFC did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. Would give 6 stars if I could. But I have to reduce to 4 stars due to their negligence of business hours. Google showed 10am. I arrived around 9:30am. I saw people showing up at 10am, then leaving. At 10am a woman was cleaning the glass door. I spoke to her through the glass. She said they open 11am. I zoomed out and saw 10am on the door she was cleaning. I pointed to it, then she just shrugged her shoulders and smiled. It's too easy to change your storefront and Google hours. I waited an extra hour for them to open. Not cool.

The chicken was the best fried chicken I have had since the last time my dearly beloved mother fried some bless her soul; however, customers were walking out, the workers were loud, and I had to ask for service. The atmosphere was filled with mad customers crunching on the best chicken I have ever eaten. It was hilarious.

Foods good however my biscuits looked horrible and the drive thru customer service was absolutely horrible i don't know if its just me but i hate it when im constantly interrupted with "is that all" or "that'll be so and so" when im still ordering the lady at the window ingored me when i asked for a drink carrier if it wasn't for the food this place would go under in a heart beat please work on your customer service because it is terrible

worst service ever, ordered food at least thirty minutes before I got there, when I went in, stood there for about ten minutes listing to employees arguing in the back, they never up front, I just left, I'll never go back there.

My wife and I visited this particular restaurant and ordered a 4 piece Chicken meal original recipe in drive through at about 8:30 - 8:45pm and was told that they only have 2 crispy backs. The parking lot was empty with the exception of one vehicle parted at the front door which means there was no heavy traffic of people ordering food, so how in the world can a fast food restaurant that specializes in selling chicken with an empty parking lot has only 2 pieces of chicken at 9 pm especially a well known restaurant. It seems as if this may be this particular restaurant normal business practice now. Just lazy and not willing to do what’s necessary to take care of the customer. KFC please get it right I love my KFC and I was disappointed when I could have my order filled after thinking about it all during the week and planning to devour the chicken. I guess I will have to frequent BoJangles as my substitute. But I will give you another shot tonight. Maybe a crew that actually wants to work be there. One can only hope.

Went to this kfc at 830 pm and didn't have any sides cooked. I said you must be trying to close early and the cashier said yes with the manager standing right there beside her. She told me they were out of certain sides because they didn't want to make any more so they could close early. Will never go to this sorry and lazy Manger ran kfc again.
The young lady at drive thru let me walk up and she helped me get the best deal with the money I had. She was so nice. Thank you

No atmosphere due to drive through only from lack of employment. I ordered 4 small sides, corn, green beans, Mac, and mash potatoes. Each single side literally had maybe enough for 3 bits and it cost over 16$ made no good
