This is one good hole in the wall Chinese food to go in this neck of the woods. Little pricey though but food taste is what matters great chicken wings and fried rice are amazing Yes I agree kind of sketchy a lot of bums hanging around think maybe because it's right next door to Department of Social Services make sure you call ahead long wait time during peak hours specially lunchtime
If you want to dine in or take out, this Restaurant is excellent . The portions they give is more than you would expect. The service is warm and friendly, and the wait time is not bad at all.

I've eaten at chows since I was a young girl and the food has always been good. The fried rice and egg rolls are my favorite and cannot wait until they open up again. It is located in a hole in the wall in North Charleston but I've been going there for years. They accept over the phone orders if you prefer that option.
