This was my first TCBY experience, but wasn't the best. When I walked in the tables and floor were a mess. I figured well, they probably had a large group come in and didn't have time to clean. I was greeted by staff on their phone. I went over to the frozen yogurt to find one the of the machines not labeled and also dirty. my daughter's favorite spot for froyo. was my favorite too until they discontinued like a third of the toppings they used to offer. because of this and the hit and miss nature of the service and restaurant cleanliness i knocked off one star. but as long as they make my girl happy ill keep coming back

A personable, professional young man was on duty, greeting us and helping us get started, since we were newbies and out-of-towners. Loved the watermelon sorbet with bobas especially. Visited at 8 pm 10/21.
