I know it's my year of experience working in the restaurant industry that has me judged places so harshly, but....The trash can in the ladies' room was overflowing, and there were "bodily fluids" coming out of it.The lobby needed to be cleaned. Mostly, the tables wiped down, and the floors swept and moped.The next big issue was the ice machine. There was visible mold all in it and behind it. I ordered a #8 and asked to have it heated and was told they couldn’t heat it because it would be “cross contamination”. I’ve never heard of that before, so I’m upset about my cold sandwich ☹️

Stopped for a quick bite at 12:02 right at peak lunch time. It was naturally busy with a line of 8 folks in front of us but the staff worked through the orders quickly and with a smile. It was apparent the staff worked well together and actually liked their work, they were pleasant and efficient. I ordered a #9 on wheat and it was very good - ingredients always fresh at Jersey Mike's. My wife ordered her sandwhich "in a tub" which makes for a nice salad option without the bread...read full review
