“Very popular choice as the revolving door seemed to never wear out. The chicken salad had the right flavor profile but may have needed more acidity with the house pickles mixed in. The famed butternut squash soup wasn't offered during our stay in SC but we will call ahead before heading over.“
“As part of my exhaustive search for good pizza, I stopped by R'Way Pizza & Family Tavern. Happy hour price for pizza by the slice @ $2.50 sounded like a great deal & it was! The slices were fresh and covered the entire plate! Pepperoni and generous chunks of sausage! I ordered 2, but they are so large I could only finish 1 piece & got a doggie bag for the second one. Brittany was our server & she was great. Her recommendations were on point & she kept the drinks coming. Nice friendly unassuming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!“
“DeRomas is two hours from our home but no local pizza compares! We are happy to make the drive. They par-bake the pizza so we can finish it at home and it is phenomenal. It is a crowd pleaser, everyone loves it! Not one complaint. Crust is perfect, sauce is delish, cheese mix is the best! We are DeRomas devotees! (Also, the price is unbelievable. An X-Large is less than $25 and feeds 6 easy! That’s with hungry kids and adults!)*the photos attached are par-baked so we can finish when we get home! In the restaurant they’re cooked til perfectly golden and bubbly!“
“Came for the pizza buffet, but was not running that night. They did have the salad bar. Settled for a meat feast pizza. It was very good. Quality sausage and pepperoni. The crust was crunchy on the bottom while fluffy inside. It was rolled in cornmeal so it added to the texture. One of the better crusts I have had in some time. While eating we saw so many people come for carry out. The place stays busy. Would have been nice to try their other types of pie to compare. Maybe nice time the buffet will be open.“
“We just tried this place tonight and it was absolutely perfect. We had a meatball sub and a philly cheesesteak that i definitely recommend. The meatballs were so good. like grade A amazing. the staff is so sweet and this is definitely one of the best places to get some good food from if your looking for something Italian. also i had to say i love all the posters on the walls they are so fun and you don’t really see those everywhere. I’m ready to come back next and try the desert which also looked amazing!!“
