Took almost an hour to get my order. Did not get a receipt, was told they had no paper. Asked for Strawberry and got grapes jelly. Noticed people were leaving after placing order at drive-thru. Saw nothing but young boys working.. Will not be back!!!

I love Bojangles chicken, but at this location it was overcooked and dry. I asked for green beans and got rice. As I was leaving after a disappointing meal I noticed for the first time that the parking lot was full of trash. Maybe if I had noticed that before I went in I would have picked another Bojangles location to eat at.

This Bo's is better than most I've eaten at, but, all seems to have the same problem, personal! Why? You try to put out a good product but you don't care how or who is taking care of the customers!!
