Food is just okay but not really worth the price. Heat scale is off as well depending on who is cooking the day you're there, I'd expect it to be off a little, but my pad Thai was noticably different each time I ordered it. Always at a 2. Ranged from no spice to I couldn't eat it. Drinks are good tho.
Nice place and even nice staff! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. The food was good, maybe a little heavy on the sauces but the flavor was good.Vegetarian options: Tofu and veg an option

We’ve came from Chicago for a camping trip and my family were craving an authentic Laotian/Thai dish. We’re glad we found NC Noodle Bar! Staff were great and food was delicious! They have many varieties of adult drinks as well! Ordered my favorite dish, Beef Lad Na. Will definitely be back again if we’re ever in the area. Thank you guys!!
