“My go to spot for carribean food. Being from NY good carribean food is easy to come by. It is not easy to find good island food in this Charlotte metro area. I work nearby and was glad to discover it. Thank you island grill. Oxtails are good and the rice and peas are always solid.“

Some things are mass-produced quality, and most things are better quality flavor and presentation.The menu was atraight forward, we ate on friday night and adults can have anything in the restaurant, everything, including crablegs.That's 19$ for all you can eat, drinks are poured by an incredibly swift, polite army of waitstaff.We were not forced to tip automatically. We can choose our tip level; be aware that certain sized parties have a percentage tip included. I'm not sure what size.My overall expectations for an enjoyable buffet is great here. “we have been to Helen’s before any experience was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious The management is wonderful ,I’m a very picky eater so it’s very hard to please me I’m extremely pleased. I had the seafood combo with potato salad and the potato salad was everything. My husband had the catfish with the beans the beans the catfish was a 10 of out of 10“
