I pray that one day they will actually not F up an order. The only way I ensure it’s made properly is to go in myself and tell them how to make it. It’s really not hard to read extra lettuce \\u0026 tomato. Esp when I put it in the option AND in the note area. Today they messed up again and even gave the wrong sandwhich. Please make sure your employees can read before hiring them. I wouldn’t be so irked about this, except that it seems to be happening every single time.
I came in to get a large drink and to my delight one of the workers told me to grab a large drink and he did not charge me. It absolutely made my day. I have been dealing with diabetes and recently, my A1C has been high which has not put me in such high spirits. This workers generosity and kindness (regardless of how small) has made a difference for me. This act of helping a stranger has renewed in me that there are good people out there. Thank you Subway worker!
