We ordered 2 milkshakes. Sat and waiting for over 30 minutes while other customers who arrived after us were receiving milkshakes and food. Meanwhile 3 of their employees ran out of the kitchen to go play on the playground for a solid 20 minutes. We pressed the button again to get a worker on the line and they had either lost or forgotten our order. HORRIBLE customer service. I'm LITERALLY in and have been in line FOREVER for two Blasts and some popcorn chicken l..21.01!There was No apologizing when ai FINALLY made to order. I'm not understanding the extremely long wait; This is absolutely ridiculous.

Tried to order on the outside drive up menu, No response on outside menu. Did mobile order and checked In, waited 45min for a mobile order, and again, nothing. . Went to drive thru to get refund, staff at the window was rude. Never apologized just stated that my refund wouldn’t go through for 5-7 days. When I asked for a receipt or documentation that the order was cancelled, I was told they’re not suppose to give out the refund receipt.
