Went through the drive through tonight and ordered wings and things. Got home with 5 little boneless wings and no tenders!!! Too late to go back. That was one expensive meal for what I got. Be sure to check your order while you're in the driveway. It can be hit or miss at this location.

A nightmare! Drive the short distance to the next Zaxby’s - trust me, it will be worth it. Went at 7:00 on a Saturday night, drive-thru line wasn’t terribly long and moved at an average pace. Had an order for 5 people so fairly large, and the woman taking the order was totally incompetent. Had us wait forever before even taking the order, then had to be corrected/repeated to several times. I Doordashed my food from the Batesville Zaxby's in Greer SC. I ordered 2 four chicken finger plates all fries and a coke. We each received only 3 pieces of chicken. All small. One of mine was mostly the breading crust very little chicken. Skimpy on the fries. I get this dish regularly so I know what it should look like. Very disappointed. I would advise if you can, to look at your order before driving away.
