The pizzas that we got were fine, but were not what was ordered. My bad that I did not open them on the counter to check again that they matched the ticket, as should have been done twice before it got to me at the counter... Did not when they were made, nor when pulled from oven into box.Staff was overwhelmed, could not push pizzas thru fast enough, had a backlog of people collecting to pickup.
2/23/24Very surprised in the accuracy between the App and the Unit... it seemed that the unit is working in a different aspect and it seems to be more customer focused versus getting pizza ? out of the building. I stopped going because of that reason but we may change our pickup point. Also, the pizza was better than it used to be where then it seemed rushed.
