The customer service was 10/10.The food was delicious and fresh. I got the extra pickles I asked for. The sweet tea was the best we have had this whole week out of all the places we have eaten.We will be stopping back in when we are in town again.Kid-friendliness: I have my 2 month old with me. The crew working was kind to us. I even laid my jacket out on the table and laid him down and no one gave me any bad looks or commented negatively on it.
We went to get a quick lunch before our appointment nearby. They took our orders and names, and we waited for the food. It took about 25 minutes to get the food, so we had to go to our appointment before we ate lunch. Fire house subs are always good, so we enjoyed it cold. I will eat at Firehouse Subs again and often.

I ordered 6 subs tonight and they only for 2 of the sub orders correct. On the ticket the description was as I ordered but when I got home nothing was correct. And they were very basic subs. Really frustrating to wait 45 min for our food only to not be able to eat it.
