I always enjoy coming to the Jack in the Box. It's the only remaining one in the Spartanburg area. The food is mostly fresh there have been times where it was less than their best. My biggest issue is the Customer service when dining in or drive thru during regular hours the staff acts like time is on their side. I waited well over 20. Minutes for my order today. Update (last reviewed 6 years ago): This was not a good location. Half of the menu items were unavailable, my sis had to be refunded for an item because the cashier didn't know it wasn't available. The drink machine was out of service and no one was attentive at the counter to serve refills. The food was mid at best.
