I brought a pizza online from them and was able to track the process of my order and it's estimated time which I appreciate a lot. I walked in and I was thankful everyone was nice because I went up and to an employee and asked about my order, she was so nice she went all the way in the back and came back to just kindly tell me it was in the "lockers" where the pizza is kept warm till picked up, when you arrive you're supposed to use a passcode in your email which was SOO COOl....read full review
The young teenage gentlemen who wears glasses and has the small dreads is always so polite and respectful. Everytime he has helped me and I've in Spartanburg since Thanksgiving. A special thanks to him. Its hard finding people genuine people anymore in food service. A good gentleman he is.

I love this place but the past few times I've had delivery the orders were just bad. Food quality and timing issues! The pizza should have been cooked longer and then the next was crispy black almost. Usually I have great compliments so I don't know what's happened here but come on guys, get back on point!
