Slow service due to under staffed establishment from slow nights to very very busy nights. 1-3 bartenders to take care of a whole bar and you ain’t getting that service unless you waiting 20 minutes if they get to you. As friendly as the staff is, service is too slow. The music is always amazing, the environment is perfect setting of a small town bar with a small town feel. I love burgers. Wings are always on point but you might age 10 years waiting for service. Good luck folks.
After living in Spartanburg for a couple of years, I finally made it to the historic Nu-Way Lounge, about which I have heard much. Friends had also informed me that they serve some of the best burgers in town. When I made my pilgrimage to this 80+ year old establishment, I wished that I have come sooner, and I surely will return. If you are looking for a "dive", this is the place.
