Slow on to go orders, only one table was occupied with two people who already had their food. Waited a bit at the pick up counter and wasn’t acknowledged as well as the screen wasn’t updated status wise on the order I was waiting on. Finally like 10 mins later I was acknowledged and asked if I was waiting on a cup. Their pizzas are disgusting. Sandwiches are pretty good. Desserts are awful and dry! Half the time my baguette and bread bowl is dry too. The candy cookie used to be our favorite but we got it a few weeks ago and it tasted putrid? Feels like Panera is going downhill lately!

Went through the drive-through and ordered my sandwich… Once I got it home to eat, my cheese was missing. This is the second time they have done this in two weeks. Would not be a big deal but I got two types of cheese on my sandwich and I was charged but the cheese was not there. For the amount they charge for the sandwiches cheese should be on it.
