Haven’t been to PJ’s for a while and kept getting notices that my reward pts are expiring. Decided to use them. App wouldn’t let me and it defaulted to my payment. Oh well. Never got an update from the app. Never received a notification. Finally called after a while and was told my pizza was ready. The lady was nice and friendly at the drive thru window and the Pizza was nice and hot , well topped with chicken .. the best papa johns around !! They also collaborate with the Spartanburg animal shelter which is how we got a free pizza and found this gem. Keep up the good work you’ve gained returning customers :-)

Why hand me a receipt to sign at the pickup window asking for a tip. The pizza is ok and could be better if management was around. All of the toppings are right in the middle. Half of my extra large was outside crust.
